Who is Marlin?

Marlin Mortgage services your loan and also assists customers with new home financing.

Who is ServiceMac?

ServiceMac is your subservicer; here to make sure you receive a top notch customer service experience including helping you make a payment and manage your mortgage.

Why do I need to re-register?

Marlin Mortgage and ServiceMac have upgraded your homeowner dashboard to provide you with more insight into home finances and to make it easier than ever to make the most of your home. To access the new dashboard, you'll need to re-verify your log-in information for security purposes.

What is changing with my new login?

Only your login credentials and where you login will change. Your loan number, all loan details, payments, escrow account, and other items will remain the same.

What has changed about my mortgage?

Nothing. Only your login information and the login page to access your dashboard have changed. All aspects of your mortgage remain the same.

I recently made a payment, what will happen to that payment now that I am re-registering?

Re-registering does not impact any payments. If you have recently made a payment through your previous log-in, that payment will be transferred over.

How do I avoid any late fees?

Re-registering does not impact any payments. Once your account is created, you will be able to log-in and click on "Make a payment" which will direct you to make a payment.

I currently paid via ACH and/or autopay. Do I need to re-enroll in ACH/Autopay?

No, you do not need to re-register for ACH or autopay; your preferences have been saved.

I'm currently set up to receive electronic billing statements. Will I continue to receive these?

Yes, you will continue to receive electronic billing statements. You do not need to re-register for electronic billing statements.

What is having to my old servicing portal?

To provide a better experience for homeowners, your former servicing portal is being replaced by this new log-in and dashboard. Moving forward, you'll log-in and access information on your mortgage here.

I pay through money order or check, where should I send my payments?

Re-registering does not impact any payments. You should send money orders and checks to the same address as for previous payments with ServiceMac.

How do I make my next payment?

To make your next payment, log-in with your new credentials and click on "Make a payment" in the center of your dashboard which will redirect you to the payments page.

When will I receive my year-end interest paid statement (1098)?

1098 Interest Paid Statements must be mailed out by the end of January, you should receive yours by February 14th. If you have not recieved yours by this date, please log-in, navigate to ServiceMac via "Manage My Mortgage" and then reach out using the "Contact Us" title on the Dashboard page.
